Email us and a person will answer. There is no ticket system and no bot in front of it.
In the app: Me → Delete account. It removes your sign-in and the answers you saved (town, rates, alert time) straight away. To also remove usage data, email us and we delete it within 30 days.
That is normal. Reading a whole town means reading every listing for every night you asked about, which takes around a minute and a half. The curve filling in is the app working. Leave the screen open.
Some towns have too few publicly listed places to produce an honest median. The app shows nothing rather than a number it cannot stand behind. Try a larger nearby town.
